Description
This is a 1 day workshop that aims to help participants develop the ability to establish incident & recall management procedure and aware the issues involved.
Course learning objectives
Develop the ability to set up & implement program to deal with incidents and crisis related to food safety.
Content
- Typical content required in incident and recall management procedure.
- Decision making regarding whether recall or not.
- Legal & communication issues in a recall.
- Preparedness, responses and post evaluation of incident and recall.
Pre-requisites
- Have basic understanding about ISO22000 and Crisis & Recall management is preferred but not essential.
Participants
- Managers of HR, PR, legal compliance, business, customer service, sales & marketing, distribution, production, quality & safety in food industries.
Qualification awarded
Participants who successfully complete the training, they can gain “Certificate of attendance” which issued by Bureau Veritas Certification Hong Kong Limited.
Learning method
Mixture of lectures, workshops, case study and interact discussion.
